Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st
shift in their manufacturing facility located near Greensboro,
NC.Responsibilities:Directs work group or department to assure
on-time production and/or delivery.Lead, coach, and manage a team
of 20-25 FTESelects and trains employees to produce at
standard-and-above efficiency.Maintain quality
standards.Responsible for maintaining high employee morale and
positive relationships.Recommends changes or improvement in
methods, equipment or processesDrive a lean and continuous
improvement cultureQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree
is preferred but additional experience will be considered in lieu
of a degree3+ years' supervisory experience in manufacturing is
required.LEAN/Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience is
preferred.Open to working 1st shift (M-F).
