What you’ll do… Leverage leading-edge technologies to develop solutions for a diverse set of customer domains, including satellite ground systems, space situational awareness, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data engineering, and enterprise solutions. Apply your software engineering skills and experience to lead and support teams through an Agile software development life-cycle. Engage in full-stack design and development, including front and back-end applications. Work to mentor junior software engineers and co-ops into high-performing teams You’d be a great fit if… You are a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience. You have experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, and/or other development languages. You have experience with web development and/or database technologies. You have experience integrating custom software with 3rd party applications. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills. You have the ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and concepts. You are a team-player, result oriented, self-motivated, and willing to invest in others. You have strong written and oral communications skills. It’d be even better if you… Have experience leading and mentoring teams of engineers. Have experience with virtualization, container, machine learning, or cloud computing technologies. Have experience working in a structured software engineering environment, ideally using an Agile development methodology. Have DevSecOps experience working with configuration/build management tools and/or continuous integration/continuous delivery technologies. Have the ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action. Have the ability to find innovative ways to solve problems.
