Onsite This position supervises a team of production level union
employees in a Manufacturing Operations setting. Sets day-to-day
activities within assigned manufacturing cell(s) that support
attainment of safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Monitors
performance and drives productivity and problem solving through our
CORE Management system. Develops Team Leads and operators through
effective coaching, communication, and training. Drives CORE
implementation at the cell level in alignment with the Collins CORE
operating system.
Training will be on first shift for approximately a month before
moving to the 3-11PM Shift. This role is eligible for
relocation.

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The

the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.

will apply.
