Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a diverse team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols. - Monitoring production processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency. - Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Conducting regular team meetings to foster communication and align on goals. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Analyzing production metrics and reporting on performance to drive strategic decisions.
