Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Insurance Regulatory
Compliance Counsel to support various business operations
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative advice on life, health, accident, and
disability laws and regulations
Support business operations across claims, litigation, regulatory
compliance, and contract management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to ensure
compliance with applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in at least one state
Experience in insurance regulatory compliance and related legal
matters
Knowledge of federal and state laws related to life, health, and
disability insurance
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
