Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: We are seeking an experienced FI/CO S/4 HANA functional resource, who has a background in Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Project Systems and Group Reporting. This position will involve enhancing and supporting our financial platforms within the SAP landscape. You will be responsible for evaluating customer needs, designing robust solutions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in a multi-year conversion from the current ECC application suite to the new S4 Hana platform, and will play a key role in driving successful implementation of this large-scale conversion ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Gather, analyze and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications with financial context. 2. Collaborate closely with lines of business finance partners and third-party vendors to develop integrations and enhancements. 3. Provide technical team members and users with functional assistance solving business issues and application-related problems within SAP and other applications. 4. Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications. 5. Coordinate the installation and application enhancements and/or releases. 6. Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve workflow. 7. Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment. 8. Develop, document and revise flow chart’s system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards. 9. Support data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives, ensuring system controls align with financial regulations (e.g. SOX, internal/external audits). 10. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training 2. Six years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team 5. Ability to direct and train other team associates 6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Preferred Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
