Job Description Job Description Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract - 3 Months) Location: Mebane, NC (Fully Onsite) Pay: $24-$28 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Onsite Only Contract Length: 3 Months About the Role We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for our team in Mebane, NC. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident working independently, and can manage multiple requisitions from intake to offer. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting , including intake meetings, posting roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers. Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract quality candidates. Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, fit, and alignment with job requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Workday . Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding handoff. Required Qualifications Experience using Workday for candidate management and workflow processing. Full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing through offer acceptance). Strong communication, organizational, and time?management skills. Ability to work fully onsite in Mebane, NC. Experience writing job postings and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Preferred Skills Background recruiting in corporate, administrative, supply chain, HR, or similar environments. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, Boolean searches, and outreach strategies.
