Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lynchburg,
Virginia, 24501! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical
care. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts with a patient ratio of
1:5 to 1:6 in a Clinical Observation Unit. Assignments will
typically end on Saturday. The schedule will require 2 to 3
weekends per month based on unit needs. Locals within a certain
distance from the facility are not accepted. The role involves
collaboration with students and new hires, fostering a culture of
support. Charge responsibilities may also be a requirement, with
training provided. Candidates should be prepared to explain any
employment gaps exceeding 90 days and provide a skills checklist
