Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Wytheville, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,710 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: RRT Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years License: RRT Certifications: Required certifications in Respiratory Therapy Must-Have Skills/Experience: Adult vents, CPAP, pediatric experience Description: Located off I-81, exit 70, in Wytheville, Virginia. 100-bed facility that has earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. The only facility in the county provides care to a primary service area of approximately 36,000 individuals. Employs over 350 full-time personnel and is staffed by over 80 physicians. The unit provides care primarily to adults, geriatrics, pediatrics, and infants. Position available in the respiratory therapy department. Required equipment includes vents, EKG, BIPAP, and oxygen systems. Electronic Health Record systems utilized are MEDHOST and MEDITECH. Patient ratios and common diagnoses include COPD and various respiratory conditions. Rotating weekend hours may be required. No on-call requirements are associated with this position.
