Emergency Room Location: Salem, VA Schedule: Full-time, flexible
shifts (Nights/Days/Mixed/Evenings, rotating weekends) Pay:
$32.33–$48.50/hr (experience-based) Differentials: Night $3/hr,
Weekend-Day $3/hr, Weekend-Night $7/hr Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (with
2-year commitment) Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500 Benefits:

Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse – Emergency Room for
an exciting job in Salem, VA. Key Responsibilities: Triage, assess,
and provide care for patients ranging from minor injuries to
critical illnesses Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously
with professionalism and composure Collaborate with patients,
families, and physicians to ensure effective discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with
organizational policy Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to
ensure patient safety and quality care Requirements: Diploma/ADN
required; BSN preferred or in progress Active VA RN license or
eligible under compact licensing AHA BLS certification required 1
year of acute ER experience preferred; Med/Surg nurses may be
