Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Rehab RN in Salem, Virginia, 24153! Job Title: Registered

Med/Surg or PCU experience - BLS - Virginia RN License Description:
This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in
Rehabilitation. The unit accommodates 35 beds with patient ratios
of 5-7:1. Staffing typically includes 2-4 techs based on census.
Equipment used includes vitals machines, Baxter IV pumps, SCDs, and
bladder scanners. The documentation system is Meditech. The nursing
schedule consists of 12-hour shifts with every other weekend
required. Floating to other departments may occur as needed.
Preferred qualifications include prior Rehabilitation experience.
Advanced skills are not required. Procedures performed on this unit
include medication administration, including IVs, PICC line care,
PEG tube care, bladder scans, trach care, tube feeding, Foley
catheter insertion, bladder irrigation, and blood administration.
Dress code requires navy blue or white solid scrubs. This position
provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team, including nursing and therapy
professionals. The focus is on impacting patient functional
