working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
High Point, North Carolina, 27262! Job Title: RN - MedSurg/Tele

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - General care of
medical/surgical patients - CBI and mirror experience Description:
This position is for an RN in the MedSurg/Tele specialty. The unit
has 36 beds with an average daily census of 33 patients. Patient
types include general medical/surgical and post-operative patients.
Common diagnoses include bariatric cases, hip surgeries, and
trauma. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:6. Support staff includes
LPNs and CNAs, with ratios of 1:6 and 1:9-12, respectively. Duties
include monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily
living, and providing general patient care. Phlebotomy skills are
required. Telemetry monitoring is available 24/7. The facility
employs teamwork and strong leadership. Travelers are expected to
work 75% of holidays and participate in weekend rotation every
other weekend. The unit culture is described as good, with a focus
