Registered Nurse (RN) | Electrophysiology Lab Location: Winston Salem, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,006 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - Electrophysiology Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10-hour Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: 2 years required, must scrub EP Procedures License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification or equivalent Must-Have: Scrub experience in Ablations, CRM Devices, LAAO; preferred LLE scrub experience Description: Responsible for providing nursing care in an electrophysiology lab setting. Engage in 15-20 cases per day involving cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiology. Must have experience scrubbing during electrophysiology procedures. Responsibilities include circulating, documentation, and maintaining sterile technique. Skilled in pace/stimulation, airway management during nurse-led sedation. Proficient in arterial/venous sheath management and hemodynamic monitoring. Experience with CARTO, advanced arrhythmia management, and EPIC / Cupid is preferred. Involvement with device lead extractions and cryo procedures is essential. Ability to perform moderate sedation, isuprel drips, and cardioversions is required. Collaborative work with physicians, fellows, and fellow teammates in a supportive environment. Utilize specific department equipment such as Carto, Rhythmia, and various monitoring systems. Rotate weekends with shifts scheduled for 3-4 Saturdays every 8-10 weeks. Participate in late shifts as needed to finish cases, signing up for 3-5 per month. No on-call responsibilities except on specific holidays. Commitment to patient-focused, team-oriented, and excellence-driven care.
