Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Ronceverte, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,118 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required License: Current RN Licensure in West Virginia or compact license accepted Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - NRP - FHM - AWHONN Must-Have: - Previous charge experience required - Patient ratio experience - Charting system experience with Cerner preferred Description: Seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. Night shift required, with a schedule of 4x12-hour shifts. The role involves providing care to patients during labor and delivery. Must maintain a patient ratio of 1:3. Vaccination for influenza is required during the flu season. All travelers must clock in and out to receive payment. Previous charge experience is necessary for this position. Candidates must have experience with high-risk antepartum patients. Assisting with sterile speculum exams, administration of medication, and IV maintenance is required. Experience in neonatal resuscitation and recovery after C-sections is essential. Familiarity with breastfeeding support and teaching circumcision care to parents is also important. Candidates must be able to provide discharge teaching and assist with postpartum care. All candidates must attach required documentation upon application submission.
