This facility is a 100-bed hospital that has earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. It serves a primary service area of approximately 36,000 individuals. The facility employs over 350 full-time personnel and is staffed by over 80 physicians. Unit Profile: This hospital operates a broad range of services. It has a trauma level designation. The respiratory therapy department is seeking a qualified RRT to join the team. Position Responsibilities: The RRT will work nights, providing care to a diverse patient population that includes adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Key equipment includes vents, EKGs, BiPAPs, and O2. The electronic health record system utilized is MedHost and Meditech. Additional Notes: The ideal candidate will have experience with adult ventilation and pediatric care. A strong understanding of common diagnoses and treatments such as COPD is preferred. Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in respiratory therapy. Scrub color is flexible, and there are no unacceptable attire restrictions.
