Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator ED Schedule: Nights(7p-7a)

ER is a 14 bed ER with a Fast Track area to accommodate up to 8
patients. We are Certified as a Stroke Ready Facility with The
Joint Commission. The ER nurse patient ratio is 1:4. The ER is
staffed with Nurse Techs, Monitor Techs, and RNs. We believe in a

you'll contribute A Nursing - Coordinator who excels in this role:
- Oversee the activities of the ER and assigned staff during
scheduled shifts - Provide patient care. - Enhance department
workflow. - Provide leadership at the point of care. - Ability to
understand, communicate and react effectively to patient and family

Applicants should have a current state RN license or compact
licensure Additional requirements include: - Basic Life Support
certification is required at hire. - ACLS and PALS are required
within six months of hire. - Three to five years' experience as a
staff nurse within ER department. - CEN preferred - Handle with
care within one year of date of hire. - Knowledge of medical
terminology required. - Knowledge of MedHost electronic health
