Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – North Carolina Start
Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
12-hour day shifts, 36 or 48 hours per week; every other weekend
required Highlights: Specialized 41-bed inpatient telemetry unit
focused on renal and limb preservation care Patient ratio of 1:5-6
with daily interdisciplinary team collaboration Work with a diverse
patient population including ESRD, ARF, vascular procedures, CHF,
and diabetic care Epic charting system with comprehensive
orientation including 24 hours with preceptor 13-week contract with
self-scheduling based on unit needs Float opportunities within the
hospital system based on skills and census Requirements: Minimum 2
years of RN experience North Carolina or Compact RN license
required at time of start BLS certification required; ACLS and NIH
Stroke Scale preferred Telemetry experience with interpretation and
management of dysrhythmias Epic charting experience preferred Must
be comfortable with floating to other units based on skillset and
patient census First-time travelers accepted Flu vaccination
