Greensboro, NC Job Details Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a
skilled Rehab RN for a 13 week travel assignment in Greensboro, NC.

experience as a Rehab RN Valid RN license in compliance with state
regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred
Qualifications: ACLS (AHA/ARC) Certification NIHSS Certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary: The Rehabilitation Nurse (Rehab RN) provides comprehensive
care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses
that require rehabilitative treatment. This role involves providing
comprehensive nursing assessments, implementing care plans,
monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a
multidisciplinary team to help patients regain optimal physical,
functional, and emotional well-being. The Rehab RN demonstrates
advanced clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment
to patient-centered care and safety. Essential Work Functions:
Completes nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents
appropriately into patient records Prepare patients for surgery,
including educating them about procedures and post-operative care
Coordinates and provides holistic patient care, including mobility
support, rehabilitation exercises, and activities of daily living
(ADLs), while ensuring adherence to individualized care plans
Monitors and evaluate patients’ responses to therapeutic
interventions, documenting progress and communicating any
deviations or concerns to the interdisciplinary team Safely
administers prescribed medications and treatments ensuring proper
documentation and compliance with safety protocols Maintains a
clean, organized environment and ensures rooms are adequately
stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to support
rehabilitation care Assists with safe patient transport to and from
therapy sessions, diagnostic procedures, or other care areas as
needed Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of
practice Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control
guidelines, and regulatory standards Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal
communication skills The ability to read, write, & communicate in
the English language is required Ability to read/comprehend written
instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC
skills Physical Abilities - Remain in a stationary position, move
about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
Interpersonal Skills - To work effectively with a variety of
personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive
attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to
grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about
when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact
with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under
pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally
as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be
able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and
continuous concentration to detail Sensory - Visual acuity, ability
