Vascular Access Nurse at Sovah Health Danville is responsible for
inserting, troubleshooting, and assessing vascular access devices,
such as PICC lines, midlines, and ultrasound guided peripheral IVs.
The Vascular Access nurse is responsible for coordinating with
physicians and nurses to ensure that patients receive the
appropriate access based on clinical indications and best practice.
Qualifications: Qualifications and requirements Applicants should
have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess an
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
Additional requirements include: ·Successful completion of PICC
insertion program ·Minimum of 6 months PICC insertion experience
·American Heart Association Basic Life Support ·American Heart
