TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Pay Information $2,442 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required. License: Current state license required. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS Must-Have: - Experience with telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias. - Management of dysrhythmias and cardiac GTT experience. - Proficiency with cardiac drips including Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Amiodarone, Lasix, and Heparin. Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO may lead to cancellation. The unit accepts first-time travelers. Local candidates accepted with rate differences. Patient ratios are 1:5-6. 36 or 48 hours can be supported. Contracts are accepted for 13 weeks. Candidates must be willing to float to other telemetry units. Weekend requirements are 4 weekend days in a 6-week timeframe. Patients may include those requiring telemetry monitoring for chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemakers, or defibrillators. Unit systems include Pyxis and EPIC. Travelers must pass EKG testing prior to starting. RTO of 7 days maximum is allowed, provided it does not fall on a holiday. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. No RTO is permitted during the first week of assignment. Candidates must be comfortable floating without restrictions. References from supervisors or managers are preferred before starting. Travel pairs are allowed but must work on different units. Travelers cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or exceed 60 hours in a week. Modules must be completed pre-start and annually as required by the specialty.
