Beds – 8 · Number of Staff – 23 RNs total · Type of staff: o Day
Shift – 2 7a-7p RNs, 1 9a-9p RN, 1 11a-11p RN o Night Shift – 2
7p-7a RNs · Patient Ratios – 1:4 · Type of equipment – GE Monitors,
Nursecall system, Small Ventilator, Baxter Pumps, Zoll Defibs · EMR
– Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered
for the role. · Independent IV skills, EKG skills and Assessment
skills · 2 years previous ER experience Preferred or nice to have :
candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Experience
in the Freestanding ED setting · Independent mixing of Pharmacy
drugs such as Tpa, KCentra List typical procedures performed on
unit(s): · IVs, EKGs, Medication mixing · Scanning of medications
for every patient / every med. Best personality Fit: · Team player,
Outgoing, Independent REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · ACLS, PALS, BLS,
TNCC, NIH Floating Area(s): · None Dress Code : · Scrub
Color/Attire – Navy or White Unit Guidelines/Policies : · Holidays
required Weekends and On call: · Weekends rotate. 3 Weekend shifts
