Job Summary


Coordinates clinical activities of the Physician Practice which include but aren't limited to utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care through use of hospital and nursing standards.


Essential Functions



Performs assessment and plans patient care.Evaluates the patient assessment, planning and intervention process.Demonstrates professional and personal development.Delivers direct patient care appropriate to the age of patient served.



Qualifications:

Job Requirements




Minimum EducationGraduate of a Program in Discipline - RequiredBachelor's Degree preferred.



Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.



Certifications:-- - - Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days



One to two years related experience and/or training preferred.



Required Licenses[West Virginia, United States] OtherCurrent licensure by WV State Board of Nursing.
