Position: LPCC -----" Counselor, working within the primary care team under the Director of Clinical Operations.
Provide counseling and talk therapy for patients with mild to moderate mental health or substance abuse issues referred by healthcare providers.
Address social needs, facilitate referrals to specialists, hospitalization, or psychiatric treatments.
Require at least 18 years old, high school diploma or higher, licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor in AZ, with 2+ years of outpatient mental health experience.
Must maintain CPR certification, follow confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred skills include knowledge of coding, 5+ years of clinical experience, and familiarity with Meditech or similar systems.
