Join our team as a RN today!How You Will Make a Difference:* Evaluate residents needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plan based on changes in residents condition.* Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs.* Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans* Instruct individuals, families on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs.* Interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess residents condition; Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by residents responses and conditions.* Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in residents conditions; Must be able to maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.Whats in it For You:* Competitive pay* Comprehensive benefits, including generous paid time off* UKG WalletQualifications You Will Need:* Licensure required by state regulationsWho We Are:Trio Healthcare was formed in 2016.
