• Lead and equip the sales team for success, providing the necessary tools and guidance.
• Drive sales growth through effective systems and ongoing analysis of KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, customers, vendors, and all co-workers.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop the sales team's skills and improve their performance.
• Manage lead distribution effectively and ensure efficient follow-up.
• Analyze data meticulously, report on progress, identify growth opportunities, and participate in the recruitment of new team members as needed.Qualifications:What we're seeking:
