Coordinates and supervises operation and duties of clinic staff.ResponsibilitiesAssure clinic is open and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and special events and that all facilities and equipment are available, operational, safe, and cleanAssure employees conformity to the Company corporate values, policies and proceduresDevelop monthly staff schedule, review timecards, and provide input to payroll calculationCreate reports in Excel to allow management to measure financial performance of rehab centerResolves and approves billing holds, financial refunds and accounting correctionsInteract with customers, review customer feedback, and address customer service issues.RequirementsUndergraduate degree or equivalent and minimum of two years management experience, preferably in a pediatric outpatient physical rehabilitation settingFamiliarity with medical billing systems, medical coding, and basic medical terminologyProficient with use of Electronic Medical Records/Patient Scheduling/Practice Management systemsExperience in HIPAA, medical coding, blood borne pathogens, emergency procedures, and other clinical/administrative issuesBenefits (Full-Time Employees)Full benefits including 401k matchPhysical DemandsTypical office stuff.
