As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.*Specialties*Short-term recovery, Senior rehabilitation care, Long-term services, Physical therapyMemory care*RN Unit Manager Qualifications:** Active RN license* Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care.* 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience* Previous Long Term Care Experience*RN Unit Manager Responsibilities** Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.* Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.* Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.*THE COMMUNICARE COMMITMENT*_We're a compassionate, family-owned company dedicated to top-tier care.
