Job Overview: Smart Stack Impact is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our Greensboro, NC office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and support the overall functioning of the office. Location : Greensboro, NC On site job Salary Range: $38.500- $49.500 yearly Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Benefits Competitive salary range: $38.500- $49.500 yearly Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities
