• And much more!About the Position:The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator in our Store Support Center (099).This position will assist and support the Marketing Brand Manager in the day-to-day in-take, coordination, and production The Fresh Market's creative for all marketing channels. This position will interface with other departments, funneling/assigning creative requests to the creative team. The role will support and coordinate editing, design, proofing, print/publishing of content with project requestors along with tracking and communicating progress. This role will serve as the liaison between the marketing team and print vendors.This role is fast-paced, and candidates should be comfortable with rapid reprioritization, while practicing clear and consistent communication to the team.What You'll Do:
  • Assist with the management and resource multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Remove barriers, problem solve, evaluate processes, and engineer solutions to get the work completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for proactively contacting content requesters to gain clarity on collateral specifics so the project is fully scoped before the creative team begins work.
  • Provide transparency around priority and projects through project plans, timelines, delivery cadences, and feedback loops to stakeholders, Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
  • Coordinate and interact with print vendors to ensure accuracy/on-time delivery of weekly store shipments.
  • Ensure that projects have needed approvals and are delivered in compliance with The Fresh Market brand standards, at the highest quality, and in alignment with other key corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Act as administrator of WorkFront project management system and Widen digital asset management system. Qualifications:At a minimum, what you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience working in a marketing or creative agency with an understanding of the creative and production and print processes.
    • Candidate must have organizational, analytical and technology skills with the ability to see projects through to completion.
    • Self-motivated with ability and initiative to learn new technology and find solutions for business challenges.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals in creative, technical, and business roles.
    • Flexible with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
    • Ability to learn by doing, thus finding opportunities to teach others.
    • Ability to effectively provide, accept, and apply feedback.
    • Local travel and an ability to lift-up to 40 pounds.Preferred qualifications:
      • Experience with WorkFront and Widen platforms
